Hey guys, I got one of my cactus 7k's back from the local guy i sold it to. He blew it somehow, im not sure how as he knows very little about car audio. I exchanged it for my working one since I wasn't sure if it was his fault. There are a few burn marks on the output section of the amp. amp repair center told me it would cost around $300 with a warranty to fix from my description.

Anyway, im just gonna sell it as is since i have no plans to use this again.

all pm's replied, this is a near $2000 amp. I think 500 or less is a fair price, especially considering that the customer knows its blown ahead of time and doesnt have to worry about paying for a working amp that shows up blown. also, most amp repair places give you a warranty when this type of thing is fixed...

Considering a bad condition one could sell for 900, and decent condition over a grand, this is a badass price. Even if it costs 400-500 to fix, which i doubt it will, it'll still be a good deal since after the repair it'll be warrantied to the place of their choice (Whoever they choose to repair it.)

I'll repair for $450, client pays shipping both ways, and a 60 day warranty if you do not clip it/undervolt it/other obvious violations of warranty. This cover parts, full solder job, and labor.
