Blown amp, help

My friend has a blown MTX MXA6001 and is curious if it can be fixed. Here are pics...you can see the brown liquid on the blown piece.

Can it be repaired?

I'm sure it can, talk to the local dealer of the amp brand and see if they know a local who fixes amps. I took a diamond D5 to a dealer once and they sent me to a local who did a great job for ~$30
