block fuse ??/

Hi was looking over my wireing to see if there was any issues. I upgraded my 10 ga from my block that has 4 ga in and now i have 2 4 ga out. i have 4 ga ground now as well. I dont see a differnce in my volt drops. i wanted to know if i should take out the 30 amp fuse that in the block and go higher. under the hood i have a 100 amp fuse to my block that has only one amp hooked up with a 30 amp fuse.

would any one be able to help me with my fuse for my amp. the 30 amp is working fine should i leave it alone.

ummm any one think this will work or should i get a 60 amp in there my sub amp?
