Because of the Miley Cyrus suit I just wanted to know how many people really think its the Asian community's fault if they were to win.

I do agree that it isn't something to sue over (otherwise DH would be broke right now) but are they really to blame if they a actually get the 4 bill? I mean, its obvious she wasn't doing it to demean or hurt anyone. I think it is more of a problem with the system and how certain laws and things are written. Awarding one person money for this type of thing is just going to lead to an outbreak of frivolous lawsuits.

Based on the other thread I thought more people would say the Asians are dumb for suing over this so its their fault.

i wouldnt say asians in general, i dont even think its a race thing. its more about getting the "easy money", they know she has money, and they are sueing her, not the other 6 people making the same faces. they are just using that as an excuse to make the law suit.

but yeah, if she does win and gets the money, our legal system is officially fked up for good.

I agree. The plaintiff shouldn't be making the suit in the first place but its the laws that continue to let it happen.
