No, you dumbass. It has been revised many times. The current one is from 1986. No law is made by a "consensus". We are a Republic. Congress makes the laws. Not you. You vote for Congress, that is your "consent". Congress gives it's agencies broad rule making power within their scope. That's how our system has always worked, still does. Not just taxes, but all federal and state agencies. If you don't like it, vote or GTFO.
People should really learn to question all the BS rants you hear on talk radio.

Thank you sir for attempting to inform the idiots who think there is no federal law to impose an income tax.

Why don't you just admit you're an anarchist and you would oppose any laws, gov't or taxation? You expect the rest of us to pay for your defense and gov't services, but you refuse to participate.
