nice should be pretty loud. how are you going to have the box for the 18?

sub and port firing into the cabin sealed off completly. and i will end up doing a full flase floor for this also. im pretty excited, and jacob will be building the moofer within the next week or so

alright sounds good. that's what i was wondering if you were still going to have enough room to fire the 18 into the cabin.

yeah i will, i will need to move the box back just a little due to the opening of the trunk behind the seats is only 16" tall, but behind then it raises up enough for me to fit everything. i just need to figure out a way to swap woofers in case i ever want to, but it should hopefully work out. i will be posting my box design within the next couple days so stay tuned. i know its slow but its coming along

Interesting build, I'll definitely be checking back up on this thread. I've got fold down seats and I'm ditching my sealed box. I was also thinking about doing a ported setup with subs + port facing forward. Only problem I've got is that what happens when I need to fold the seat up for more people in my car? I'm guessing with the port firing at the back of a seat sealed, it would either sound like ***, or it would possibly damage the sub. im not sure yet, i have to figure out my angles to see if i can build it outside the trunk and then fit it in there still. hopefully i can do it that way and then just build a false floor around the box

but im hoping to not have to build the box in the trunk as i do not have the tools (or money to buy the tools) to do so.

no updates as of yet, sub is getting built this weekend and will be shipped out to me, once thats available is when the fun starts. just got rid of my deck, and am now looking for another, didnt utilize all its features so i figured it would be better suited for someone else. but i will update it as much as possible.

just got internet at my new place so i will be on here alot more...

update is not around yet. sorry man, i need to get to work. i just had alot of stuff to pay for lately and havent shot jacob the cash yet to get the sub built. i should have all the cash to him by friday, get it build and hopefully have it next week sometime, and get the box all cut and start the build. i have almost everything right now. only thing i need is a new hu (saving up for a dd), order a set of rca's, build the box, and pick up my mechman alt. other then that i have everything. i will get the sub hopefully towards the end of next week and then will shoot up some more pics of the setup then ill start the box build. sorry guys for the let down, dont worry i havent forgot, just got a new place and alot more bills to pay so now i actually have to save up for everything

i wouldnt have been able to fit both 15's with the port firing forward sealed off with them. the only way i could of had it all firing into the cabin was if i ported it through the rear deck. but i dont wanna make any mods to the car that i cant reverse so i decided i was gonna do 1 18 ported firing forward completely sealed.
