Anyone ever worked with black plexi? If so, I was wondering transparent it is. Can you see LED's through it or no? Also, any good dealers? Thanks.

cant you just buy plexi and put tint on it? that way you can make it any trasparency you want it

Buying smoked plexi would be FAR easier than tinting clear plexiglass and you wouldn't have anything to worry about like fading...or the application process.

It's pretty transparent and works well with leds.

I bought mine at estreetpastics

i know there is spray paint like stuff that "smokes" surfaces the color you want. i would just do that. i know steve meade has done that before on one of his plexi boxes
