Black Edition JL Audio 300/4 (Whats it Worth) vs Memphis 16-MCA2004

Hey guys, I have just bought the Memphis 16-MCA2004. It's a sweet little amp. Not to wide so it will fit under my seat. But now I found a deal on the JL Audio 300/4

Anyways, Looking locally online and talking to a few people I found another good deal.

I found a Black JL Audio 300/4 in great condition, no scratches and works perfectly fine. It's also just barely a perfect fit width wise. I know the JL has slightly more power cuz of the RIPS and 75w RMS.

So, this guy has the Black JL 300/4 and some cheapo 10" sub in a thin truck box. He's asking $250 for all of it. I asked for the Amp only and told him I was going to buy a same spec different model 4 channel JL for $190 New. so I think he'll go lower than that. Making it a good deal.

What is the JL Audio 300/4 worth, it's the black one. In great shape. What should I offer him, and whats the most you guys would pay. I also just bought the Memphis. So what is better??? Memphis that I already bought, or the 300/4

I thought a lot of people here liked Memphis Audio.. arent they one of the better brands also?? or average?

No opinions on this? I can get the 300/4 for only $170 and its never ran a big sub, only a 10" shallow truck speaker.. and its like new..

No one wants to comment on the Memphis vs JL 300/4?
