Amp for 2 12" CVrs.

Ok, I'm getting a Probox that fits under the ext seats of my Silverado with 2 12" Kicker CVRs.

What amp can make these sound as good as they can get?

Let's see, the Kicker CVR 12 is a 4 ohm subwoofer that handles 400 watts RMS. IMHO, you should throw 800 watts RMS to them at 2 ohms. I would say that the Audioque 1200d, Sundown SAZ1500, or Hifonics BXi 1610d would work well.

Of course, you could always spend more money on other amplifiers that would do the job, but I am a firm believer in putting more money into the mids and highs than the subwoofers.

Too bad you are a day late and a dollar short because the $200 Clarion DPX11551 would have been PERFECT for those subs. Unfortunately, Crutchfield has liquidated them all.
