Birth Sheet Rated Higher Than Sub is Rated

I purchased a Polk Audio MM1040D Subwoofer. This has a suggested RMS range of 100-350. I was planning on purchasing a Kicker ZX300.1 and run it in 2ohm. Kicker lists this unit as putting out 300 watts at 2ohm, but I have found a couple birth sheets pics around, they show the unit being rated at 393 and 382. I know it's common for companies to under rate their amps, but this is more than I was expecting. Do you feel this is going to be a major issue down the road....should I look for a different model amp? I don't plan on running the gain all the way up... Felling a little lost after having everything planned out. Any advise would be greatly appreciated.

Tried to post the links to the birth sheet picks, but it blocked me....

Dude u could use a 3000 watt amp and be fine if u set ur gains accordingly.

Well idk maybe mot 3000 rms into the ohms ur looking at lol but basically it doesn't matter as long as u don't turn. The gains too high
