Long time man. Last time I talked to you you just sold the car and got the truck. And now I see you got a minitruck...way to come to the dark side, lol.

 

Nice find man. Truck doesn't look to bad. I see some flaws in the rear suspension but you mentioned replacing the whole deal so it's all good.

The front suspension won't give you anymore lift with 2600 bags. You will get more lift at lower pressures and ride better, but since it is a 1:1 lever system, it can only go up so much.

If you haven't bought valves and bags yet, get SMC valves and Slam bags.

yea i hear nothing but good things about slam bags. and i think the valves i got are SMC 250 extreme i really like the way the designed the slots for the wiring on these valves. they are blue and gold. picked them up last week for $200 NIB

yea im going to primer the floor in the cab white this weekend and then spray it with some spectrum that way i can make sure i get everywhere. or do you need some deadner?

 

Hey whats up havnt talked to you in a bit. yea im gunna go with slam bags i hear nothing but good thing from them. and i just picked up valves last week i beleive they are smc 250 extreme. they seem really nice especially the way the wiring is set up on it.

 

saywhat? use the new zenith compressors. i think they all go up to 200psi. they kinda stormed over viair this past season.

 

how about the oasis compressors they seem bad @ss (a bit pricey though)

zenith is the way to go right now IMO. never used them but reviews tell a lot. not to mentino a replaceable piston setup on them...

yea when you want deadener let me know.

im going to cover it in spectrum for now. then add damp pro then overkill! i already started putting expanding phoam in non usefull holes/cracks. just gotta go puck up some plastic so i can construckt a small paint booth (Mainly to catch overspray) and use some 3/4 EMT pipe i got from work.

i have a craftsman gun. just standard not a gravity gun.

Oasis compressors are the shit. But their drawback is they pull alot of amps. They fill your tanks really fast. so that draw is less than a minute. But it is alot.

I am planning my set-up for an Oasis with a second alt and battery just for the Oasis. Back up plan is 2 of the Zenith compressors on that alt and battery.

It all really depends on what my sponsor will come off of at the time.

yea ill have to see what all i can do in terms of upgrading the electrical. but for now my friend gave me his old compressors he was using in his 98 sierra since he got an engine driven compressor.

johns right, the current draw is huge, but not constant. the zenith compressors pull less for a longer time, so whichever way u wanna go its all good.

yea i guess ill just have to see what kind of alts i can get for that truck or how many batteries i can fit in it with all the audio/video im planning on putting in it. but that will come later i think after i get it rollin im gunna shop the top shave everything and primer it all one color so it wont look like a huge bumble bee draggin down the road.

yea ill have to check them out for a few things an compare prices. the guy in are club that gets me parts has his own shop (though its a small shop) hes been able to setup up whole sale accounts with a few companies like Kp and http://www.fbimini.com and other sites so i pretty much get everything whole sale. though we do have a few people with some sponsors in are club. howcome thy dont have your blazer on their site?
