Pics aren't the greatest, but I was pushed for time on this one. Was a ***** with the seats still in, but someone didn't want to take them out for me //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/furious.gif.fc81ca146dbff91fede3ed290dbc4f4c.gif//content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/biggrin.gif.d71a5d36fcbab170f2364c9f2e3946cb.gif Learned a few tricks along the way that'll make the next one a little easier and I started that one tonight //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/crazy.gif.c13912c32de98515d3142759a824dae7.gif

2003 Deville

2 DD 9518's

2 AQ 3500's

250a alt and 4 120ah batts

2 sets of PowerBass comps in the side beauty panels

One sub already took a ****, so it only metered around a 147 at Whitewater last weekend. Was really built to be loud for daily since Alex is DEAF //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/laugh.gif.48439b2acf2cfca21620f01e7f77d1e4.gif

Box is 12cubes @ 37Hz with 216^2 of port. All walls are 1.5" thick baltic birch with a triple baffle.

On to the pics:

Had to move the lights since they were showing through the plexi, but never got pics of it after that, or the side panels with the comps. Somehow there's a tweeter about 6" away from the driver's left ear....but he still probably thinks it's not loud enough //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/laugh.gif.48439b2acf2cfca21620f01e7f77d1e4.gif

looks loud, now hurry up and get the blown sub fixed
He ordered a recone yesterday, so it'll be pounding in a few more days. I never got to hear it with the comps installed, but it has to be annoyingly loud for a daily driver //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/crazy.gif.c13912c32de98515d3142759a824dae7.gif

What made the sub go??? Too much power or bad recone job??
i think alittle of both. the sub that went we ran out of ca glue and used expoxy. Scott said they will take AQ3500 no problem for daily. not to sure if thats true. subs never got stinky. never bottom out. not sure what happen. but then again i am deaf.
