Biggest Power Acoustik amps

I have a friend who says he has one that puts out 3100watts @2 ohms and im pretty sure he must be mistaken. Can anyone tell by this pic which amp he has? This was the only shot of it.

I know it probably doesnt put out rated power i was just wondering which one of their is amps is said to put out the most power.
