I like it when I run into intelligent shops.. I've only managed to find one in my area. I almost got a boner over the rep who knew his shit.... Of course they were the local Zapco dealer and the only subs that I remember in the "nice" room where alumpros... shop i used to work at was filled with doorknob deutchpuppets. they would always come in bragging about what they got and how much they got it for. and just about every one of them would come back the next week cause there "know it all buddy"(dipsh*t)would screw something up. it gets real annoying real fast.what makes it worse is they expect you to fix it free of charge when the shop didnt even install it in the first place.

if anyone ever considers visiting oregon, come to grants pass if you want a laugh. there is a shop called sport audio and it is 2 brothers who own it and they dont even know what they stock,company,specs, nothing. i get a kick every time i go there. so if you are near by and feel like watching some 1 make an a** of them selve that is the shop.

It's happened to me before

" Hey man I'm lookin at amp options, you have any amps that put out around 2000?"

"That means you're gonna need a amp that costs around 1000"

"This Memphis, It puts out around 900, we have one here for 999, looks like the one you need"
