Its hard to work on my truck and do video in the headrests when there IS no head rests...now If I wanted to cut into the seat its self what in the seat what is there far as frame?

Good question, was wondering the same thing myself. were you able to fit those 4 15"s in the cargo area.

The seats in my kota are about the same as your rangos so I can say the frames are basically up near the top round style tubular aluminum and as you get more down to the lower 1/3 you have the back lumbar rollbar which is a piece of plastic believe it or not....as far as doing vid units in em you need to leave about 1.2" from top and sides and at least that as thats like where the frame is...

I'd give you guys some pics but I'm in Orlando on vacation and all that stuff is on my portable HD so..... I am thinking about redesigning the back of my seats with custom inlays for some stuff so had to learn a lil about em

BTW mine is a 00 cc dak r/t so I got the best interior.....the seats were all about the same though.

i would think that it could work. take one of the seats out, and take the fabric off and have yourself a look.
