was wondering if i'd have problems out a 1000.1 rockford
you should be just fine. without spending to much on upgrades you may want to invest in a good battery under the hood.

 
These are the ratings in which your alternator could hold a steady charge of...

90 Amps (Taking off 5 amps for the car's electronics.): 1020 WRMS

110 Amps: 1260WRMS

150 Amps: 1800WRMS

170 Amps: 2040WRMS

190 Amps: 2280WRMS

Those are the popular sizes for cars... at least that I've seen that come OEM.

You can go over these ratings since your battery will "fill in" where your alternator cannot give enough power. The Big 3 will help the flow and probably give you a higher voltage rating allowing more power to flow.
