Should you rewire the wire that goes from the engine block ground to the chassis it's uninsulated wire looks like 8 gauge wire or leave it alone?

Leave all factory wire alone ..just add wire ..and i dont do the engine block anyway....i do pos to alt ..neg to alt case bolt ..neg to frame

Yes but u dont need to ..go from neg batt to bolt on alt case is better

yeah dont delete the wire just add to.. more wire will only flow better.. but if you must have that "clean" look you can get rid of stock wiring but there is no point. And then if you just add you can easily return to stock when you sell the car or whatever.
