You run 0 gauge from your positive on your alt to the rear battrie and make sure you have a nice ground in the rear and ground the battrie with 0 gauge

you could, just make sure the wire is safe from any moving parts, and rocks, dust etc.

You can do 2 runs of 4 gauge, it might be easier to run them inside the car.
