SO the guy I go to for all of my stuff was talking about a sub with 28000watts rms. Claims its a 16.5in sub. Wouldnt tell me who makes it or anything about it besides its coming in in about a week. Can this be true or completely pullin my leg?

28 kilowatts = 37.5 horsepower. Why a sub would need to be more powerful than my tractor is beyond me.
