Big problems with stereo today

Ok so my stereo has worked perfectly and not been changed for at least 6 months now. I never had any problems until today. I was cleaning out my trunk and decided to pull the sub box out to clean so i pulled it out then put it back in and reconnected when i was done. Ever since then nothing seems to work right. I have loud engine whine now which i have never had. I have loud crackling and popping at random times and when amp turns off. Sub will start soft and work there way up to very loud volume knob has no control. I have been screwing with it for an hour or so and havent figured out much. Any help would be wonderful. Check ur ground. Make sure its tight, it may have come loose...

I have checked the ground it is tight. My amp says and error of Lo-volt only when the right speaker is connected for some odd reason. my left side will work on either channel but it shuts off immediately with right side connected.
