BIG! License Plate rattle

i put a towel or a cloth in the trunk directly behind the license plate but on the inside folded up. It may be a little big and blocking some sound. It helped a bit with the rattle though.

Thoughts?

I put some sound deadenin on the back of mine, no rattles here

If it stops the rattle I dont see why not. I just like being able to wash my car without a towel soaking up water and molding up behind my license plate

no no its in the trunk like on the other side of the lid inside the trunk directly behind the licensce plate its a little wider tho so it may be blocking sound :S

i used the dynamat kit and it worked great. came with the piece of deadener, 4 foam strips and a liscence plate frame , was like $14 shipped i think.

I used thick floor carpet, cut it into the size of the license plate and screwed it in under it, and it seriously works wonders.
