big 3

Nope. Throw in a 250A alt and yes. The big 3 doesn't create energy. Neither does a battery or a cap. The big 3 helps eliminate voltage drops during periods of high current demand but only helps if the alt is big enough to support the stereo. Properly set up and listening to music the amp won't draw 200A, but it will still draw more than your alt can supply. Your battery can help take up the slack but only for a short period. Once it is partially discharged, the battery is just another load on the alternator. Adding additional batteries just makes for a larger load. The alt is the source of all the current in the car and upgrading it is the only way to get more current available for your system.

I've got the same question actually. Would the big 3 solve my problem if I am running a 800-1000 watt system, with one 100A amp? The alternator in my car is rated at like 95-105.

You will probably experience a little drop. I'm about in the same place as you and I only get dimming with lower frequencies or 0db test tones.
