How would I run my wiring if my battery is in my trunk?

the alt to batt wire will be the large power wire you'd normally run from front to back, 1/0 minimum. fuse this wire at the battery (and at the alt for enhanced safety to protect the alt).

the grounding is the same:

engine block to chassis

battery neg to chassis

Im assuming you have a 300 also.

The main alt wire is ran on passenger side under the carpet.

The engine to chassis is on the left side of the engine, just find the screw sticking out.

The ground to battery is right next to the battery its self.

You just need to run the main wire where the oem wire is then replace the anl fuse already next to the fuse box.
