Big 3 Upgrade Question

I'm going to be doing the "Big 3 Upgrade" here soon. I have a bolt/terminal separate from the battery that the battery positive connects to. This bolt is where I made the connection for my amp. My question is, do I need to add a 1/0 AWG wire from the positive battery post to this separate bolt when I do this Big 3 Upgrade?

Is it to the fuse box? The positive should only be connected to the alt and fuse box.

Just run it straight from alt to positive batt terminal.

I'm not sure. The terminal is right by the fuse box, but I've never really looked to see if it's connected to the fuse box.

I know I have to run a cable from the alt pos to battery pos, but am I going to need to put a cable from battery positive to the terminal, where my amp is connected at?
