Big 3 - Sound good or not?

Think this will work fine, but just want to double check with the pros.

Stock negative battery cable is corroded with some of the sheathing gone, so just going to yank it out. Pretty sure it runs from the battery negative to the engine block. Little 14-16 gauge wire running from battery negative to chassis, gonna yank that out to.

Positive cable is all good and I’ll just leave it in place.

Going to add the following 0/1 gauge wires;

Battery positive to Alt positive (fused of course)

Battery negative to chassis

Battery negative to engine block

Sound good?

you dont need the fuse between batt (+) and alt (+), but yeah, sounds good to me.
