big 3 question.....sorry

ok i have a 93 civic hatch and i have already done batt- to the chassis, and also the block to chassis, as i was looking for the best way to wire the alt to the batt.+. i noticed that the stock wire goes from the alt to a fuse panel under my hood. i dont know what to do. am i missing something here?//content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/confused.gif.e820e0216602db4765798ac39d28caa9.gif

Leave that stock wire and run another wire from the battery + to the alt

Yeah Just bypass it start a new fused wire!!!!
