really cant give you a estimate with all shops being different i know around here there's acouple shops that charge by $40 hour on work like that

If I'm 17 and can do it on 5-10+ different cars I'm sure he should be able to do it... I is the easiest upgrade possible.. Even easier than running amp wire IMHO
