Big 3 install

OK so I have done the big 3 before I swapped my alt recently to one with an actual output stud but I have a question. I have ofc sky high 0guage going to the output stud and chassis ground I have off 4guage for a block ground I still have another 5ft segment of 0guage should I use it as the alt ground or is grounding the alt not necessary

I did:

1) alt case (engine block) to car body

2) alt case to battery negative

3) battery negative to car body

4) battery negative to car frame
