Big 3 Honda Accord 02

Hey guys I have a 2002 Honda accord sedan model with the 2.3l engine. Anyways I had a couple questions on the big 3.

Where is the best place to ground the neg batt to chasis? Just in general what bolts to avoid putting it on

What is the engine block to chasis ground? Where is the best place to start said wire? This I am very confused on

Lastly, do I need to do anything special to the grounds to ensure no rust and future problems, I know I have to sand first, but do I need to silicone it or what have you?

Thanks a bunch guys!

you can reuse the factory ground on the frame and on the transmission housing.

i'm strongly against suspension bolts or any bolt that is holding on a bracket or part. grounding bolts should perform that function only. i sand away paint/corrosion then bolt. after that i protect with silicone to prevent water ingress and the resulting rust.

exactly, my build log (link in sig) shows examples of routing in an 01 Accord (but with a V6). i always use high temp split loom (available at any autoparts store) for all power and ground wiring in the engine bay. route with factory, secure with factory, and protect like factory.
