alternator to positive battery... negative battery to chassis... done... but i cant find the wiring to engine...which part of the engine is the wiring?

Wiring to engine?...

You have the two correct, but the last is a simple engine to chasis ground. Most people use one of the altenators mounting posts, and ground from there to the chasis.

oh yeah... i'm using toyota rav4... does that apply to same way to rav4?

for strict audio purposes is it worth upgrading the wire to the engine ?

i know its like a 1$ worth in wires but im just wondering because my engine is really crowded

Yes it is the same...

And yes it matters, that is a ground...

Just find a bolt on the actual engine that is easy to get to, and that is not near anything that will tear up your wire if you put it there. Just run wire from that to ground.
