Yeah I started on the Big 3 today, unfortunately its not as easy as it sounds because of the multitude of splitloomed cables and what not makes it very hard to determine which cables are, Alternator to battery positive, battery negative to chassis, and chassis to engine block.
Besides that, in a rush to move the truck, I had to reconnect the battery and whatnot and now the truck won't crank, Ive DMM'd the battery, the alternator and everything and lights come on, interior and hood lights come on, and all of stuff I DMM'd were showing 13-14volts.
But whenever I try to crank the truck, all the lights and whatnot go dead and it doesn't crank but the voltage doesn't change according to the DMM.
On the other hand, the lights have started pulsating.....Any idea on what to do?
