Biamp or amp to each side of component set

I have a pair of matching Xtant amps I am going to use on my front stage. They are rated at 50x2 or 200x1. Would I be better off getting a component set I can biamp, using 1 amp for the tweeters and 1 for the mids active or running each amp to 1 side in mono?
