No, but you can use 4 ch on them if you like. I wouldn't bother unless your system is extremely well tweaked, otherwise you won't notice any real difference.

Yes, set the amp x-over flat unless you're using a sub, in which case use the high-pass on main speakers.

 
i agree. Bi amping is usually for High draw systems that are very finely tuned. The only time you'd really need it is if you wanted to direct more power to your lower end woofer than your midrange. (somthing that is usually done by the xover network)
