between two components

So after going back and forth between different components I decided to go the cheap route and it's now between the

Cadence components

and the PG rsd 65cs

I'll have the set hooked up to a Rockford Fosgate power t4004 amp. If you guys don't think that amp is good enough what other suggestions would you recommend for an amp? Should I stick with a 4 channel amp or buy a 2 channel amp? I need all the input I can get.

The reason why I decided to go with lower quality components is because my local car audio place basically told me my amp was crap and won't do hertz / rainbows / cdt justice. //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/frown.gif.a3531fa0534503350665a1e957861287.gif Unless that was just a ploy to buy their jl amps.

i have never heard the cadence set myself but have heard the are very good.

i don't think you'll be dissapointed in either set. i have the rsd's and i like them a lot. go either way.

if the amp can be bridged to 100x2 then do that. most comps will like a lot more but run it for now and upgrade later if you feel the need to. it all depends on how loud you listen.

i dont really see see whats wrong with your amp? you bridge it and thats 100x2, which should be plenty. if youve got the money to go with hertz or rainbow, do it.
Wow I didn't even see that thread, I've searched for a thread just like this but nothing came up. Thanks!

Also if you did not know the amp is under rated,

Average actual power bridged @ 2 ohms is 302 watts. One channel @ 4 ohms is 90 watts. What would that be bridged? I'm not sure. Does bridging just double it in size? I think if anything I would buy the CDT EF-61CFi/25, I can get those just under 250, shipped. I just realized the hertz and rainbows are just over my budget. By 50-75 dollars.

So, now it's between the pg the cadence and then the CDTs. I think I'll just order the PG and get it over with. //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/smile.gif.1ebc41e1811405b213edfc4622c41e27.gif
