That will get you to 1 ohm, but that's only the beginning for the "best bass".

2400w is actually a LOT more power than those subs need, also a LOT more power than your stock alternator can safely handle.

having the right box for your subs has a big effect on output as well.

You have a lot going on here. You might just want to take it to a professional and see if they can get you straightened out.

I bet hes wired at 4 ohms. gain completely off set and i am positive he cant even fit a proper enclosure for those subs in that car lol.

Well unless hes got a hatchback.

Dont try to troubleshoot someone else work... take the subs out. And wire they as stated....but make sure you turn the amp all the way down...im guessing who every did figured the amp was to strong for those speaks which it is.
