Try some 99% alcohol. If that doesn't get it satisfactory then go to acetone.

gasoline would be a good solvent. Just use a soft rag, and steer clear of open flame.

try it on a different cd first as not to ruin your good one and just scribble all over the initials with more marker so that its wet then try to wipe it off...

thats hwo you get perm marker off a dry erase board anyway..

Seriously though. It's an actual purchased CD. A long time ago I used to put my initials on the CD's of mine. Now I am trying to sell them to one of those places that buy used CD's for credit and they will not take the ones that have my initials on them.

**** it up. There is probably no way you can get the ink off without damaging whatever cover-art is on the CD etc or the CD itself.
