Best way to install door speakers to amp?

i have been out of the game awhile and when i was in i didn't have much experience. i want to install the easiest cheapest way so the factory stuff can go in easy if needed.

should i do a speed wire setup from the harness to the amp?

or hook into speakers with new wire and run back to the amp?
