Best way to get sillicone sealant off hands?

Well I was attempting to seal a box that one of my friends threw together and then the tube broke open and it got all over my hands. I have been rubbing with a towel with fingernail polish off, using a knife to get the stuff i can't get off by rubbing. My hands are still sticky as hell.

Any ideas?

I usally just regularly wash my hands, and it comes right off. U must not have silicone in your hands but JIZZ.

O yes Ill get right on that(cutting them off) and no sir its not jizm lol. I just got this stupid sealant on my hands like 30 min ago and I want it off asap. Ya I should have used gloves wasn't thinking.
