Best way to clean a hat

OK well here is the thing. I like to wear white hats but the problem is a few of the ones I really like have the yellow sweat stain on them and it really looks gross so I am wondering if anyone has any tips of tricks to get them out. I have already tried soaking them and scrubbing with a brush but just cant seem to get them out.

Get one of that hat holders from Hat World or somewhere.. put tha hat inside tha holder.. put it in tha dishwasher, no soap.

Let it air dry inside tha plastic hat holder.

I was waiting on him to just throw it in there and ruin a hat then do it right, duh.

Actually washing machine is best bet. Google it and read up on washing in the dishwasher..its actually not a good idea... I have one drying right now from the washer...

Mine has been through the washing machine several times.

On other occasions I'll let it sit in a bucket of hot/semi-hot water with some laundry detergent, then scrub it with a brush.

Then just let it air dry. Works for me.

when you buy the hat new buy that stain repellent they sell stuff works pretty well keep it sprayed with that and you might not get the stains in the first place.

see washing machine ftw. just throw some towels in with it, so the bill does not get mashed up.
