why did you choose those brands? Bose is only available OEM. Peavy, isn't that pro audio stuff? What the hell are you talking about.

My bad on that I am really new to this I PEAVEY just makes pro audio but I am using them for my car my bad.

JBL = Studio, Concert, Hall, Auditorium some of the best Around

Infinity = Home Audio, factory car some of the best around

Peavley = guitar amps, concert and studio monitors can't compare to JBL

Bose = Overpriced home setups and top of the line OEM overpriced also some nice home setups just cost too much for what you get.

Most of JBL and Infinty products are the same especially in the lower lines ie refrence gto. And everyone knows Harmon can make some great speakers check out the killer Mark Levinson system in the big Lexus it will blow out any bose system ever made.

Out of the brands you listed, Infinity comes out on top.

I personally like Focal, MTX, CDT, Crystal, and Image Dynamics.

Lower end infinity is essentually the same as jbl.. Not too many differences.

First it was this jbl 1200.1 amp...... okay i agree its a good thing... cheap too

jbl can't compete w/real name brand stuff for high's..... sorry but i just can't let everyone sit there and talk so highly of jbl...

i wouldn't either but naming infinity as a good high's speaker is ignorance no offense. the tweets on the infinity perfect series comps is not even good IMO. my top 5 brand of tweets are in no particular order:

1) Rainbow

2) Canton

3) Focal

4) Boston

5) MB Quart

although those are my fav. the mb's are extremly bright in some applications i have heard.

they are flawed in my opinion and extremly overpriced. anything by any of the companies sound better than the kappa's in my opinion.

You have to respect everyones opinion hear . I see the guy who hates infinity likes a lot of soft sounding tweeters. It may not be as accurate to some especially does **** Bostons. Aren't high hats ear piercing in real life well that's how they should be from speakers not muffled like some people prefer a lot of people give infinty and MB a lot of flack for making there speakers accurate especially on the extreme higher end. Personally you have heard highs untill you sit in front of a pair of Infinity or MB home speakers the same applies to the car the only thing I hear people fault Infinty for is a lack of mid bass I don't know I love horns and a lot of Jazz so I guess I might not see that. And to say JBL isn't a top of the line brand is rediculous you can't measure a speakers ability to produce sound by how much it cost. These aren't Bentleys and Lambo's. Maybe not the best in car audio but preaty **** good and you go tell all the studios that use JBL there not any good trust me you'll get laughed at.

CDT audio!! CDT audio!! CDT audio!!
