Best Subwoofers ( I got 3 Days to make a decision )

whats crackin.. I recently had my truck broken into and had 2 12" HX2s stolen. I got until monday morning to make a decision on what kinda subs I want the insurance company to put back in the truck. I will be upgrading to a rf 1050s amp and using a sealed box. I been getting alotta mixed feelings about the hx2s lately. So what can I get for about 250 a sub that will be better.. help me out..

there are lots but check out http://www.speedsound.com for idmax for 250 a piece. I dont know if there are that price anymore but give norman a call. Would be perfect for sealed. If not look into

yeah i've heard some good things about the jlaudio.. i havent heard anybody suggest any solobarics though.. are they no good? and i've never even heard of edesigns. that must be something kinda new huh...

i agree with the jl w3's.

my cuz has some in his stang they pump some s$#% and sound good.

ideezy- JL audio is good, but everyone will tell you their overpriced. I would only recomend maybe the w6, and then the w7. The L7 is a good sub, but it only gets loud, has no cleaness to it, or sound quality (SQ). Elemental Designs is a newer company that makes some really nice subwoofers and doesnt make you pay $200 more than you should. i'm not sure if they'll ever be like JL, or Kicker, but there a da*n good company.

i still dont get where anyone can say a l7 cant sound good never the less great ..must have alot of deaf judges awarding sq world champions to crappy sub owning people

**** jl, you can get better for 250. go for like a RE XXX 10 or something...
