What are the Advantages of 2 12" Ed K's in a ported box 3 cubic feet tuned to 34 hz over 2 12" Type-R's in a ported box 3 cubic feet tuned to 34 Hz???

The Koreans who are into car audio buy very, very expensive equipments.. not cause they know it sounds good, etc, but cause the shops recommend it to them. Now, if they hear a subwoofer that will rival what they currently have and looks better, they will no doubt change their equipments.

Over 200 car audio installation shops opened in Seoul alone for the past year. This is also recession year. People still buy top-grade mainstream equipments for their cars. If a product excels in SQ, looks fabulous and the prices are low, I'm sure you know what that means.

All the car audio meets that I attend, the ones who use "cheap" stuff (10" kicker compVR..still costs about $250, chinese made subs cost about $100) know that their equipments ****, but can't afford better (RE XXX costs around $900~$1000, treo SSX at roughly $1500). Is it possible to run an RE SE with 250 watts RMS?? Which would have more SPL at 250 watts rms, a RE SE or an Ed K (both 12's in a 3 cube ported box at 32ha)?? Is it possible to run an RE SE on 250 watts?
