my friend has 2 l5 in a ported box and his stuff gets pretty **** loud. this past weekend he got a mic on it and he hit a 137.7 and that was before he got all his stuff eq'd. he has the hifonics 1000 on it

i think JL should be in the poll, there a great sq sub and can be used for spl as well.

There is no need to play around.... if u want a sub that is going to make ppl go nutz would be the Eclipse Pro Series 15's.... around 75lbs with 4 voice coils... handling well over 2000watts... can't beat that, well maybe you can if you have the right amp

sorry i couldnt answer back, just got back from vacation in mexico.....the reason i put these subs on here is cause of a budget....
