Best sub for under $100

Looking for a sub for my buddy to run at 2 ohms with about 400 rms preferably off of http://www.sonicelectronix.com. I was looking at the CVRs or the pioneer champions but not sure if they are any good.

type-rs are over 100

cvr's arent bad. had a pair myself and one would sound fine on 400 w. i was feeding my 2 CVR's 1000W for a couple of months and has no problems so they can definitely get close to 500W on one. but out of the pioneer and cvr, i'd go with the cvr just cause of personal experience.

first thing i thought of was the pioneers, also the memphis pr's
