get two for 120 shipped on ebay! do you even care about sq? seriously. just make some huge ported boxes for them and pound the crap outta them.

going to compete? what do you want with SPL mainly. you are gonna have ~800w per sub then?

if its a daily driver, a RE SE, brahma (too expensive i think), or somthing somone else suggests =)

but if SQ is not important. get some cheap audiobahns. will do what you want. (even though they sound terrible and everything. they are real cheap)

you guys notice that. So, by a ver vague rule of thumb...considering it's not COMPLETE flea market trash (i.e.- pyle, pyramid, legacy, etc.) then it should give you 800 watt rms. I have two 12" e-logo 12k's for sale, these were great subs made by Elemental Designs in early 2003. Would work perfect with 800 watts in a 4-5 cube ported enclosure. I'll sell both of them to you for $150 plus shipping. LMK, peace

What kind of amp do you have, tell us the name and model number and we can tell you what power you'll REALLY be seeing. And as for the subs, I swear by the Memphis Power Reference series. There's an auction for 2 12's for 112$ right now on eBay, and believe me you'll be satisfied with these.
