best spl sub for roughly 100 bucks?

i wanna buy a sub that performs well spl wise and it only cost around 100 bucks about 125 max. i would like it to be able to perform exelent in about 3 cuft ported box.

you could also get an adire audio shiva for 125 shipped.. i dont know which is better though really.. i've heard lots of good things about shivas though. i wish i could get some insight from others.. that review on them i read was good though.

On paper, the Shiva is better but I'm not sure how they'd messure up in real comparison.

u can get a 15'' punch z from crutchfield for about 109 bux.

for spl, u cant go wrong with fosgate... look on ebay and try to find a 12 inch HE2 for that price, shouldnt have a hard time finding it.
