when are you looking to do this?

for my '06 '07 SPL set up im taking a TC9 from an e12a, putting a 15" basket on it and reconeing it to a death penulty.

DP runs in the leauges with MT's and DD 9500 and 9900's... however the TC-9 IA uses is sapposably a 1st coustin of the OE TC9 most comapnies use. When i do it ill let you know how it does but that will be over this summer.

Out of the drivers named, the Solo X 18 would be my choice. I just love them...

But I hope you know what you are getting into. You are looking at 5kw+ to run any of the said setups optimumly. So that means hundreds of extra dollars in electrical upgrades, (alternator, batteries, multiple runs of 1/0)...

I'm thinking about running a SOLO-x 18 in my maxima.

In my Toyota (also a '93 ext cab.), i'm running two 15" Memphis M3's, facing forward, in a 6 cubic foot ported box, off of a Memphis Mojo amp, and the sad stock alternator and battery, and it achieves 150.6 db. Not bad at all considering the alternator is only a 70 amp or so.
