Best SPL 15" under $325? RE SX? HDC3-A? Suggestions needed!

Planning on pushing it with an AQ2200D or TRX2000D in a 3.4 ft^3 enclosure. What would be my best bet SPL wise for under $320? MIGHT pay a LITTLE more for something if it is BAR NONE worth it. All suggestions welcome!

98 Camaro and probably around 25 in of area. Don't know what tune yet. One I get the sub I will make a different ports and test on the termlab.

I have the box made.

I will have removable square ports. 1 port for the street and 1 for comp. I honestly don't know a lot about port tuning, and what sub to select. I want one that will play plenty low on the street, as it will be tuned to ~33hz. As far as SPL port, my last setup yielded the highest spl at 57 hz tuned to 55hz, but that was 2 12's in a 4.5 ft^3 enclosure. Just need some help choosing what sub will be best for me.
