Best Solo Sub under $200?

Looking to use 1 sub. I am going to build a 1-cu ft, sealed fiberglass enclosure and can spend 150-200 on the sub. I will have roughly 250-300 rms watts for it. I listen to hip-hop and rock. Obviously, this is more for SQ than SPL, but would like some SPL at least. What subs can you guys recommend?

im definitely not a type-r god, this is probably my first post on them... but I have a 12" type-r in a sealed box (1.00 or 1.25 prefab, cant remember) with 300 watts going to it, and its loudddd

r's dont really like to be sealed, so ur better off with the atlas, plus thats really underpowering a r, so the atlas is a better way to go

I may cop the MB Quart 4200 amp, that would give me 400 rms on a sub and 100x2 on the comps. How much can I expect from 1 sub with 400 watts?
