I was trying to start off building my credit, and was looking for some feedback from those who have used secured cards? What banks did you find the best? I know most say to look for the banks with the lowest annual fee and good APR. Thanks.

you have the wrong idea.

best bet is to get yourself a line of credit at a retail store.

Make small purchases and pay them off as soon as you get the bill.

Then you can move onto small car loans and such.
